Checkout worked in the end, so maybe I’m being a bit picky, but it felt kind of clunky on my phone. I had to put my shipping info in again once, and the page took a while to load. It wasn’t a huge deal or anything, just not as smooth as I expected.

I ordered the set not really expecting much, but I immediately noticed the fabric. It’s thicker than the usual stuff I’ve bought, and the stitching looks clean, which is what I tend to pay attention to first. I washed it once already and didn’t see any weird shrinking or loose threads, so I’m happy with it so far

I was fully prepared for the usual online shopping guessing game, but somehow these actually fit true to size. The jeans have a nice stretch, and the top wasn’t squeezing me like it had a personal grudge. I’d definitely just order my normal size again

"Super easy exchange, honestly"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size and at first I was like, ugh, this is going to be a whole thing, but it really wasn’t. Sending it back was simple, the exchange moved along faster than I expected, and I kept getting updates so I wasn’t just sitting there wondering what was going on. it was way easier than I thought it would be, so I’m happy with the whole experience.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
My order showed up fine, and I got the email receipt right away, so no issues there. The packaging just felt a bit cheap and was kind of bent up when it arrived.

"Good prices for what you get!!"
I grabbed a few outfits from Shop Swank A Posh and honestly??? The prices were way better than I expected!! Some boutiques really be charging too much for basics, but this felt like I was actually getting a decent deal.

The quality was nice too, especially for the price... nothing felt super cheap or flimsy!! Shipping was fine, everything fit good, and yeah... I’ll probably be back when they drop new stuff!!!

"Tracking was decent, but checking it was a bit of a chore"
The tracking updated quickly, so I could always tell where my package was, which was nice. It ended up arriving right when it said it would. I just wish I didn’t have to keep checking it myself so much, because that felt like extra effort, but overall it worked fine and I’m happy with it.

In my experience, most of the things I was looking for were actually in stock, which was a nice surprise. The only downside was that one color I wanted sold out fast, so I ended up choosing a different one. Overall, I thought it was still a good experience, and I’d probably check back again

My order eventually showed up, but the shipping was slow. I reached out and just got one of those canned apology messages that didn’t really say anything helpful, which made it more frustrating. I don’t mind waiting a little, but at least give me a real update.

I’m usually a little skeptical of all the overly polished “we care about your experience” stuff companies put out, but in this case there’s not much to pick apart. I got exactly what I ordered, everything was correct, and there were no issues. Straightforward, which is all I wanted.
